About me
Hi, My name is Phyzna Lamartine, LCSW. The journey to Black women healing space started with my curiosity about human behaviors and the brain. The moment I sat down in my first psychology class I knew I was home.
With almost a decade working in the mental field, I have experience providing services to families, teens, children, groups, and adults. I am committed in providing safe space for Black women to feel heard, seen, and embrace. I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic. My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I bring my island girl laid-back approach, passionate enthusiastic energy, and soft accent into my work.
